Interested in learning how StaffGarden is building innovative and durable tools for nursing professionals? We are excited to have the opportunity to be an exhibitor at the American Nurses Association (ANA) annual conference this year!
About the ANA conference
Nurses are the infrastructure of safety, and they know there’s a clear connection between quality, safety, staffing and patient outcomes. ANA’s premier conference in 2016 will give nurses the opportunity to explore the conference theme, Connecting Quality, Safety and Staffing to Improve Outcomes, while learning about new innovations in nursing and examining the variables that affect nurses’ ability to deliver high-quality care.
Quality care starts with optimal staffing. To deliver a high level of care, nurses must be informed and engaged and work in a safe environment. Safety is a shared responsibility between nurses and their organizations, and in a high-quality health care environment, both nurses and patients feel safe and nurses are better equipped to be engaged in patient care.
Conference sessions will bring you the latest strategies, research, and best practices to improve outcomes through quality, safety and staffing. Currently, it takes about 15 years for new research to affect patient care. ANA is committed to shortening that time frame and more quickly transforming nursing practices and patient outcomes. At the 2016 ANA conference, nurses will learn from evidence-based research and discover innovations they can start using immediately.
